 The district of Monsefú, Lambayeque region, has great devotion for Jesus Nazareno Cautivito. Lambayeque region has great devotion for Jesus Nazareno Cautivo. With the parade of authorities and institutions to the rhythm of melodies performed by musical bands, as well as dances and typical scenes, one of the largest religious activities in the Lambayeque region began: the festival in honor of Jesus Nazareno Cautivo of the district of Monsefú. This activity is organized by the brotherhood and the San Pedro parish of Monsefú, which in 2022 celebrates its 475 years of unbreakable faith and devotion of its people. The special participation of the band of musicians from the Army of Peru, the Nuestra Señora del Rosario School, and the Centenario San José College of Chiclayo was present.
